We're always looking for volunteers willing to help in other ways! Please read through some of the other kind of help we need.

We have several interested parties and need someone to help coordinate ideas and explore the logistics of a library project in India.

Guyana is South America's only country where English in the official language. We could use someone's help in coordinating a library project here.

We're happy with any books we get, but we could really use someone to do the legwork (calling, etc.) to set us up with large recurrent sources of these kinds of books such as universities, schools, bookdealers, and more.

We would love for someone to set up a more organized process for sorting and delivering paperback books to the Harris County Jail.

This is as simple as starting a Gmail account and receiving and indexing photos of "best books" we run across at the warehouse. In a few months, we should have a good collection of books.

We occasionally run across collector's item books or valuable books we might trade or put on eBay, etc. We could use someone's help in finding the best use for these kinds of books.

We have out a lot of work into our training programs over the last several years. These could use still more work and also disseminating.

We have found that chess is an excellent complementary activity for libraries, and could really use someone to help us develop a simple teaching method and ideally help teach in the field.

There is an incredible need in the developing world for learning and understanding fundamental business and entrepreneurial skills. Someone interested in helping us source materials and teach programs would instantly be a very popular person wherever we have libraries.

If you're gone sometimes, that's fine, we'll find a substitute - but when you can, you will help that day, will be learning the ropes, and developing your particular posse.

We receive a steady stream of requests for medical books from various types of libraries. We need help reaching out to our Medical Center to meet these needs.

Similarly, we are asked to fill libraries at many school teaching teachers. We could use help in reaching out here, too.

We need folks able and willing to meet with groups to publicize what we do and how people can help.

We need help managing Facebook, Instagram, and other media.

Events such as celebrating World Literacy Day or our upcoming Millionth Book.

We actively welcome different approaches to complement what we are trying to do- to promote development of people all over the world through literacy.
