Qualifications For Volunteering

Volunteers should be at least 12 years of age (ages 12-16 should be accompanied by a parent, guardian, teacher or chaperone).

Please Note: Our warehouse is, except for the lunchroom, NOT temperature controlled so it can be hot or cold, depending on outside temperatures. Please dress appropriately, including footwear appropriate for working in a warehouse.

Weekly volunteer sessions typically last from 9am to noon. However, feel free to stay for as little or as long as you can. We understand that everyone's schedule may vary, and we appreciate any amount of time you can dedicate to helping the cause.

Our volunteer sessions involve sorting donated books into categories.
