• Dictionaries, including picture dictionaries

• Encyclopedias

• Encyclopedias on CD Rom. Other information on CD ROM (PC format)

• English readers and grammar

• Crafts & How-to Books

• Health,especially "Where There is No Doctor" type books

• Science and Math (K-University)

• Agriculture, vegetable gardening, beekeeping, animal husbandry

• Ecology, environment, nature and animals

• Vocational books (plumbing, electrical wiring,carpentry)

• National Geographic

 

Not So Much (things that won't really help and we can't trade)

 

• Magazines or journals (except National Geographic)

• Home decorating, wedding, or cookbooks

• Books focused on magic, sorcery or less than wholesome themes.

• Ethnocentric books, such as the history of Ohio

• Foreign language books

• American history or civics
